Teaching Philosophy

Teaching is not only a profession to me, it is my passion too, because, I love giving back what was once bestowed upon me. I believe teaching is guiding and nurturing the next generation to establish the skills needed to achieve health, respect , prosperity and fulfilment. I envisage empowering children to believe in their own value, stimulate their interest to question, providing the tools to discover answers. I strongly support that it is extremely important to build up a positive relationship between the teacher and the student. A teacher and student who have the qualities of good communications, respect and interest in teaching and learning will establish a positive relationship in the classroom. A teacher need to continuously monitor the student in order to be aware of any difficulty the student is having. Understanding the child’s problem, fear and confusion will give the teacher a better way-out in helping the student accordingly.
